The Readington Township Housing Committee, a subcommittee of the Township Committee, shall be empowered with the authority to determine the eligibility and qualifications of candidates for the purchase of low- and moderate-income housing in accordance with the criteria set forth in the Readington Township Revised Fact Sheet[1] for the same.
