Dumping, cutting of trees or other nonrecreational use of lands owned by the Borough of Rocky Hill shall be prohibited unless permission for such use is obtained in advance from the Borough Council.
On land designated as recreation, open space, or other public lands, no dumping, cutting of trees or other nonrecreational use shall be permitted unless prior approval is obtained from the Borough Council of Rocky Hill.
Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punishable as provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article I, General Penalty, herein. Each violation shall be considered a separate offense.
