Administrative provisions dealing with this chapter and applications to the Land Development Board are set forth in the Land Use Procedures Ordinance of the Township of Westampton, Chapter 149 of the codified ordinances of the Township.

A. 
For each application (includes variance, conditional use, appeal from decision of Administrative Officer or Construction Official or interpretation of a zoning map or ordinance) to the Land Development Board not accompanied by a subdivision or site plan application, the fee will be $100.

B. 
A request for subdivision or site plan approval accompanying the above application will require filing of a separate application and the appropriate fee.
C. 
Escrows; professional review fee. Each of the above applications to the Land Development Board shall be accompanied by an escrow in the amount of $500.

(1) 
Sums not utilized in the review process shall be returned to the applicant. If additional sums are deemed necessary, the applicant shall be notified of the required additional amount and shall add such sum to the escrow.
(2) 
If the application for any of the above is accompanied by a request for a subdivision or site plan, the appropriate escrow amount shall accompany that application.[1]
