The purpose of this article is to establish fees for supplying certain town records to the public when such town records are not photocopied, but rather are produced otherwise.

The Town Board of the Town of Cheektowaga hereby determines that the following fees shall be charged for the following town records:

This article shall take effect immediately upon filing with the Secretary of State and the State Comptroller of the State of New York.
