The words and phrases used in this chapter shall,
for the purpose of this chapter, have the meanings respectively ascribed
to them by Article I of the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of
New York.

The provisions of this chapter shall be enforced
as provided by the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York.
