City of Oneida, NY Chapter 132 Revenue Recovery Fees

§ 132-1 Fee schedule.

The City of Oneida hereby adopts the following fee schedule in connection with duly authorized revenue recovery measures:

A. Rate for first hour or less on scene:

(1) Light-duty rescue: $250.

(2) Heavy-duty rescue: $400.

(3) Industrial/HAZ-MAT: $900.

B. Rate for all additional time at scene: $100 per per hour, or such other rate as may be fixed by the Common Council by amendment of this chapter.
