Village of Johnson Creek, WI Article I General Provisions

§ 228-1 Separate water and sewer utilities; when effective.

A. There shall be created separate water and sewer utilities for the Village of Johnson Creek. These utilities shall be known as the "Village of Johnson Creek Sewer Utility" and the "Village of Johnson Creek Water Utility."

B. This chapter shall be effective from and after its passage and posting or upon issuance of written order of the Public Service Commission consenting to the separation of the water and sewer utilities, whichever occurs later.

§ 228-2 Service beyond corporate limits.

No water or sewer service shall be extended or offered beyond the corporate limits of the Village of Johnson Creek except by special permission of the Village Board.
