Fines for the violation of parking regulations of the Guilford Board of Police Commissioners acting as the Guilford Traffic Authority shall be as follows:
A. 
Violation of time limit: $10.
B. 
Parking in a restricted zone: $10.
C. 
Parking on the wrong side of street: $10.
D. 
Blocking a driveway: $15.
E. 
Obstructing a fire hydrant: $25.
F. 
Parking within 25 feet of a corner: $10.
G. 
Obstructing traffic: $15.
H. 
Parking in a crosswalk: $25.
I. 
Parking on a sidewalk: $10.
J. 
Parking in a bus or taxi stand: $10.
K. 
Not parallel/diagonal parked: $10.
L. 
Parking on a curve: $10.
M. 
Double parking: $15.
N. 
Handicapped area parking without permit: $25.
O. 
Hindering snow removal: $15.
P. 
Violation of overnight parking ban: $15.

If the designated fine is not paid within seven calendar days after the expiration of the seventy-two-hour grace period stated on the ticket, said fine shall double in amount. If the designated fine is not paid within 14 days, said fine shall triple in amount.
