Pursuant to the provisions of C.G.S. § 4-124i to 4-124p, the Town of Norfolk shall join the Northwest Hills Council of Governments to provide representation of the Town by its First Selectman in discussions relating to matters affecting the health, safety, welfare, education and economic conditions of the area comprised by its members.
