§ 18-1 Change of membership.

The Town of Norfolk does hereby change the membership of its Board of Education from nine members to seven members.

§ 18-2 Expiration of terms.

The terms of office of all members at the time of adoption of this chapter shall expire at the Town election to be held November 6, 1979.

§ 18-3 Election of members; terms of office.

A. At the Town election to be held on November 6, 1979, four members of the Board of Education shall be elected to hold office for two years and three members to hold office for four years.

B. At each Town election commencing in 1981, the Town shall elect members of the Board of Education in place of members whose terms expire, each for a term of four years.
