The Town of Norfolk, by the enactment of this article, adopts the provisions of C.G.S. § 9-204b, Revision of 1968, Revised to 1987, and provides that any elector may vote for all of the candidates for the Board of Education nominated by a political party, provided that statutory provisions for minority representation are not violated.
