The dumping, shoveling or piling of any material, including but not limited to snow, leaves, grass clippings and brush, onto any public roadway is prohibited.

Any person found to be in violation of this article will receive written notice from the Town.
Those persons who continue to violate the article five days after receipt of notice shall be fined not more than $100 for each day that the violation continues.
