§ 238-1 Towing of vehicles from private property.

Whenever any vehicle is found parked on private property where parking is not permitted, such vehicle may be removed in accordance with the Connecticut General Statutes, § 14-145.

§ 238-2 Payment of costs of towing.

In the event that the owner of private property requests the removal of a vehicle, he shall pay the tow if the vehicle owner fails to so do.

§ 238-3 Penalties for offenses.

The penalty for parking by trespassing on private property shall be in accordance with the Connecticut General Statutes, § 14-145(c).
