As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
A secure barrier or obstruction of not less than four feet in height, so constructed as to entirely enclose the particular swimming pool itself or the yard in which it is located or the entire property, and which shall bar all reasonable and normal access to the area except through a substantial self-closing and self-latching gate or gates of the same height as the fence, equipped with facilities for locking said gate or gates when the pool is unattended or unguarded.

Any individual, firm or corporation having an interest in the lot or lots on which a swimming or portable pool is located, as owner, tenant, occupant, or the agent, servant or employee of such owner, tenant or occupant.
Any above-surface-type pool, not stationary or fixed and capable of being removed for storage.
Fill-and-draw, flow-through and recirculation pools, located outdoors, which are artificially constructed to provide recreational facilities for swimming, bathing or wading, and all equipment and appurtenances thereto.
