In the M-Marine District, the following regulations shall apply.
A. 
Buildings for marine use may be erected, altered or used, or the premises may be used for any of the following and no other:
(1) 
Building for caretaker or yacht basin captain to be a single-family dwelling and comply with appropriate regulations as set forth in this chapter.
(2) 
Buildings for the protection of boatways machinery, equipment, storage and service equipment as on the site at the date of this chapter.
(3) 
Boatways for the removal and placement of boats in the water as presently on the site at the date of this chapter.
(4) 
Area for winter storage of boats which shall be as occupied by boat storage at the date of this chapter, but shall not be greater than that required to store boats for the renters of dock space in the marina.
(5) 
Piers, slips and docks for use by owners of boats.

(6) 
Use of storage area and adjoining docks or piers for maintenance and repairs of a minor nature, provided that no building, demolition or rebuilding of boats is permitted.
(7) 
A community yacht club.
(8) 
Parking and area for owners and guests of boats docked or stored in the marina.
B. 
The plans for the construction of buildings or facilities shall be submitted to and be subject to approval by the Environmental Approval Committee.
