§ 39-1 City Administrator to satisfy liens.

The City Council hereby authorizes and appoints the City Administrator, from time to time, to satisfy of record at the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for New Castle County, Delaware any such mortgages which are entitled to be satisfied as aforesaid.
