The final plat of the subdivision
shall comply with the following general requirements with regard to
style and content:
A. It shall be prepared by a registered Delaware
land surveyor or engineer and certified and endorsed by a registered
Delaware land surveyor. It shall be prepared at a minimum scale of
one inch equals 100 feet, and it shall be drawn on sheets not more
than twenty-four by thirty-six (24 x 36) inches in size, including
a margin of one-half (1/2) inch outside the ruled border lines. These
requirements are not applicable to construction plans or drawings
required by other agencies.
B. All dimensions and bearings of lines and
all areas shall be based upon a field survey of sufficient accuracy
and detail that the data shown thereon may be reproduced on the ground.
All bearings, distances, areas and other dimensions shall be true
and correct to the accuracy required by accepted surveying standards.
The following supporting statements
are required:
A. A summary of deed restrictions applicable within the subdivision, including agreements for the operation and maintenance by the property owners or agency in the subdivision of street and road improvements, surface drainage facilities, erosion and sedimentation control facilities, water supply facilities, sanitary sewer facilities, forested buffer strips, all areas approved as open space as defined in §
99-5 and other improvements deemed necessary by the Commission.

B. Evidence that all conditions related to
the preliminary plat approval have been satisfied.
