Town of Colchester, CT Article VI Flood and Erosion Control Board

[Adopted 6-9-1982]

§ 18-21 Adoption of statute.

Pursuant to C.G.S. §§ 25-84 through 25-94, inclusive, concerning the establishment of a flood or erosion control system are hereby adopted.

§ 18-22 Power of Board of Selectmen.

The Board of Selectmen of the Town of Colchester shall be empowered to act as a Flood and Erosion Control Board for purposes of carrying out the statutory provisions relating to flood or erosion control.
