Any person who fights another person, when such fighting included the striking or pushing of the other person, except in boxing exhibitions duly authorized and licensed under law, is guilty of unlawful fighting, a misdemeanor. Such action shall constitute a violation of this section even if there is mutual consent to such striking or pushing.[1]
