Any person who fights another person, when such fighting included the striking or pushing of the other person, except in boxing exhibitions duly authorized and licensed under law, is guilty of unlawful fighting, a misdemeanor. Such action shall constitute a violation of this section even if there is mutual consent to such striking or pushing.[1]

No person shall throw any stone or any other missile, or throw any stone or other missile by use of a slingshot, at any person, vehicle, or animal in any street, public place or enclosed or unenclosed ground.
