As specified in § 75-22, Alternate penalty provision, persons failing to comply with § 75-22 shall be subject to a summons to appear in District Court.[1]

Except as otherwise provided in §§ 75-22, 75-38 and 75-43, any person convicted of a violation of this chapter shall be punished by a cash forfeiture of not less than $50 nor more than $250. All forfeitures shall be recovered on complaint to the use of the Town of Bethel.
