The holding, conducting and operating of raffles and bingo games within the Township of Alexandria shall be subject to and in accordance with all the terms and provisions of the Raffles Licensing Law [1] and the Bingo Licensing Law, [2] as amended or supplemented, and to all general rules and regulations promulgated, or to be promulgated, by the Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission.

The Municipal Clerk is hereby designated as the issuing authority and is delegated the authority to approve the issuance of licenses pursuant to § 106-1. All applications for a license must be filed with the Municipal Clerk together with the required fees pursuant to law.

A. 
A violation of this chapter shall be punishable as provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article I.
B. 
Except as otherwise provided, each and every day in which a violation of any provision of this chapter exists shall constitute a separate violation.

A license pursuant to § 106-1 may be issued for any day of the year without limitation as provided by N.J.S.A. 5:8-31 and N.J.S.A. 5:8-58.
