A. 
The Mayor and Borough Council do hereby enact a personnel policy for the borough employees of the Borough of Barnegat Light. To implement said personnel policy, the Mayor and Borough Council do hereby enact the personnel rules and regulations attached hereto and made a part hereof.[1]

B. 
These rules and regulations may be amended and supplemented from time to time by the governing body by the adoption of a resolution of the governing body setting forth the changes to be made in said rules and regulations. Each employee of the borough shall be provided a copy of the rules and regulations as enacted, and a copy of said rules and regulations shall be kept on file at the Borough Clerk's office and will be made available to any employee upon request.
