Thirty miles per hour is hereby established as the maximum speed at which vehicles may proceed on or along highways within the corporate limits of this Village.

C. 
Fifteen miles per hour is hereby established as the maximum speed at which vehicles may proceed during school days, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., abutting the school property of the William T. Hoag Elementary School and the John T. Waugh Elementary School and within 300 feet on Sunset Boulevard in either direction from the east and west lines of the driveway for the William T. Hoag Elementary School and on School Street 300 feet from the front of the John T. Waugh Elementary School and 300 feet on Woodward Avenue from the north line of the John T. Waugh Elementary School and 300 feet on High Street south from the south line of the John T. Waugh Elementary School property.

D. 
Fifteen miles per hour is hereby established as the maximum speed at which vehicles may proceed during school days, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. abutting Lakeshore Middle School property on Sunset Boulevard between the Lakeshore Middle School property line and the west line of Franklin Street.
