No person shall carry into, discard or use any glass bottles, containers
or similar breakable items in any public park in the City of Batavia.

No person, unless authorized by the City, shall enter or remain in any
public park, playground or other municipally owned or operated place of amusement
or recreation from dusk to 7:00 a.m. of the following morning.
No person shall operate any motor vehicle, including snowmobiles, within
any City park or playground except upon roadways designated for the use of
such motor vehicles.
Each violation of any provision of this article shall constitute a violation
pursuant to the Penal Law. However, in no case shall the fine imposed exceed
$250.

Any person or organization reserving a pavilion located in a Batavia
City park shall pay a fee as set from time to time by resolution of the City
Council at the time of the reservation for each day that the pavilion is reserved.

Each participant in an adult league, except softball leagues, such as
a league for baseball, football, rugby or soccer, shall pay a fee for the
entire league season as set from time to time by resolution of the City Council.
This shall apply to any leagues which use fields located in the City of Batavia
parks for all or some portion of its games. The league shall be responsible
for collecting the seasonal fees from each participant and determining residency
as a condition for the use of City of Batavia fields. Documentation with names
and addresses of all members on each team's roster shall be provided to the
City by the league. These fees shall not apply to youth leagues, and they
shall not apply to any tournaments for adults whether or not they are sponsored
by the adult leagues. Any adult who participates in more than one league shall
pay the required fee for each league. Softball league(s) to now be run by
the City of Batavia shall be authorized to charge a fee as set from time to
time by resolution of the City Council per team per season in the place of
a user fee.

Any person or organization who is not already paying a pavilion fee
and who is using park facilities other than the pavilions (excluding tournaments
as aforesaid) for a consecutive period greater than a twenty-four-hour day
shall pay a fee as set from time to time by resolution of the City Council
for each day after the first one.
