Where a woven wood, cedar picket or other type of solid fence is installed, the supporting posts shall be galvanized iron of not less than 2 1/2 inches, outside diameter, set in concrete having a diameter of not less than 12 inches and a depth below ground level of not less than 18 inches. A landscaping plan for the required ten-foot strip shall be submitted to the Board of Trustees before application is made for a building permit, and no building permit may be issued for any building in a Planned Shopping Center District until said landscaping plan shall have been approved by the Board of Trustees.
