Editor's Note: This local law was subject to mandatory referendum
and was approved by a majority of the electors at the general election held
11-7-2000.
The terms of office of the Town Supervisor, Town Clerk, Town Highway
Superintendent and Tax Collector shall be four years. Such four-year terms
for said public offices shall commence on January 1, 2002.
This article shall supersede all provisions of Town Law § 24
which are inconsistent herewith.
