As a condition of site plan approval, all property within the project
site shall be zoned in that zoning district which shall first permit the uses
contained in the project.
A. Where rezoning applications are required to conform with
site plan specifications, the Town Board, in its discretion, may require development
of the site plan as a condition of the rezoning application. Such conditional
rezoning shall be in conformance with the conditional zoning provisions of
the Zoning Law of the Town of Boston.
B. Engineering fees and expenses. At the time of submission
of the final site plan, the applicant shall agree, in writing, to reimburse
the Town of Boston for any expense incurred for inspection by the Town Engineer
in connection with the development of the site. The failure to promptly pay
such expenses shall be grounds for suspension of all building permits.
