Any matters over which the Planning Board has jurisdiction should be
brought before the Planning Board by written application pursuant to the following
general requirements and such other requirements and specifications as hereinafter
adopted.
A. The Board may adopt such application forms as it deems
necessary and make such amendments as to said form as may be from time to
time required.
B. The application forms, when completed, shall be submitted
pursuant to instructions contained therein, with such other papers, documents
or memoranda as may be required by any statutes, laws or ordinances and/or
these regulations.
C. All application forms must be executed by the applicant
in writing, and, if the owner of the land subject to these regulations is
not the applicant, then the same must be accompanied by a written consent
of the owner to the application.
D. All applications must be presented to the Planning Board
at least two weeks prior to the meeting of the Board at which such application
is to be considered.

These subdivision regulations may be altered or amended by the Planning
Board in such manner as the Board may deem necessary for its consideration
and approval of plats.
