Notwithstanding anything contained herein, all highways, public utilities
and drainage easements to be installed shall be done at the sole expense and
cost of the subdivider in accordance with these rules and regulations and
such other rules and regulations as may be determined by the Town Board of
the Town of Boston, as the same may now be existing or hereafter may be modified
from time to time by said Town Board.
