A. 
Placement. Monuments shall be placed at all block corners, angle points and points of curves and at intermediate points as required by the Town Engineer.
B. 
Material; size. The monuments shall be of such material, size and length as may be approved by the Town Engineer.
C. 
Markers.
(1) 
Placement. Markers shall be located in the ground to final grade at all corners.
(2) 
Material; size. Such markers shall be of metal, 3/4 inch in diameter and at least 24 inches long.
Notwithstanding anything contained herein, all highways, public utilities and drainage easements to be installed shall be done at the sole expense and cost of the subdivider in accordance with these rules and regulations and such other rules and regulations as may be determined by the Town Board of the Town of Boston, as the same may now be existing or hereafter may be modified from time to time by said Town Board.
