Editor's Note: This ordinance also repealed former Ch. 14, Fire Police Force, adopted 7-14-1955 by Ord. No. 784, as amended 3-11-1976 by Ord. No. 1420, and provided an effective date of 1-1-2009.
Matters pertaining to the Fire Police Force shall hereafter be governed by the provisions of Pennsylvania Act 122 of 1941, as amended, located at Sections 1201 through 1203 of Title 35 of the Pennsylvania Statutes.[1]
