[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Ballston Spa 5-25-1943 as Section 236 of the Ordinances of the Village of Ballston Spa. Amendments noted where applicable.]
A. 
Any person desiring to do any blasting within the limits of the Village of Ballston Spa must first make application to the Board of Trustees by written petition, which petition must state, among other things, the name of the owner of the property upon which blasting is desired to be done, the character of the material to be blasted and explosive to be used in so doing.
B. 
The Board of Trustees, in granting permission to blast, may require the party so doing to give a bond to pay all damage that may be caused to public or private property.
C. 
The Board of Trustees, in granting its consent, may do so upon such terms and conditions as it shall deem proper.
Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $250 or by imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or both.
