ARTICLE XI Regulations Applicable to the R-5 Zoning District to Provide Low- and Moderate-Income Housing

The minimum tract size for other than single- or two-family development in either zone shall be 30 acres.

The maximum number of dwelling units shall be as follows: 5.5 dwelling units per acre on lands defined as Drylands in Article II and 1.0 dwelling unit per acre on lands defined as Lowlands in Article II, which is transferable pursuant to this chapter and subject to a maximum of 6.5 dwelling units per acre of dry land; provided, however, that no development in the R-5 Zone shall include more than 1,150 dwelling units.
