Town of Falmouth, MA Article XV Authority; Enforcement

§ 280-89 Statutory authority.

A. These rules and orders are adopted under authority of the Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40, Section 22.

B. Any violation of any provision of these rules and regulations shall be punished by a fine of not more than thirty-five dollars ($35.) for each offense.

§ 280-90 Police officers to enforce.

It shall be the duty of the police officers of the Town to observe the movements of vehicles licensed under the provisions of these rules and orders and see that all rules and orders are obeyed.
