The Town of Yarmouth shall establish a Personnel Board consisting of five members appointed by the Select Board for three years each.

Such Board shall establish personnel rules and regulations, with the approval of the Select Board, classify positions, approve job descriptions and accomplish other tasks as set by the Select Board.
