A. 
Any resident golf fee under the control of the Select Board applicable to Fiscal Year 2004 or thereafter shall not be increased by more than 5% without a prior favorable majority vote taken at an Annual or Special Town Meeting.
B. 
Any nonresident golf fee may be raised by a majority vote of the Yarmouth Select Board after a public hearing.
