A Municipal Court is hereby established in and for the Borough under and by virtue of the provisions of Title 2A, Chapter 8, of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey, with the jurisdiction as therein conferred.
The Municipal Court shall be known as the "Municipal Court of the Borough of Florham Park," and the Judge shall be known as the "Judge of the Municipal Court."
