[Ordinance No. 9-96, adopted 11-26-1996,
provided that the Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual, dated October
1996, is hereby adopted by reference. Said Manual is on file in the office
of the Borough Clerk. Ordinance No. 14-01, adopted 7-17-2001,
provided that the Computer and Internet Use Policy dated June 2001 be incorporated
as part of the borough's Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual.]
