§ 11-1 Statutory provisions adopted.

The provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:9-140.10 et seq., establishing the office of Chief Financial Officer in the Borough, are hereby established and adopted.

§ 11-2 Appointment.

The Chief Financial Officer shall be appointed, when legally qualified, by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the Borough Council.

§ 11-3 Compensation.

The compensation for the Chief Financial Officer shall be fixed by the Borough council by appropriate ordinace.[1]
