is located shall permit hedges, shrubbery and the like to grow against such
hydrant or so near to it, nor shall any person throw or deposit snow or ice

This chapter shall be enforceable by any member of the Borough Police
Department, Fire Chief or the Fire Official of the Borough. Summons for violation

vehicle or obstruction removed. The person, persons or corporation responsible
for such violation thereof would pay the reasonable cost.
Any person violating any of the regulations to be promulgated pursuant to this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable as provided in Chapter
1, §
1-16, of this Code. The Judge may also consider whether or not such person is responsible for or has paid the reasonable fees for the removal of any such object or vehicle in violation of this chapter.
