Borough of Florham Park, NJ Chapter 263 Hancock Cemetery

§ 263-1 Purpose.

The Hancock Cemetery, a historical piece of land formerly a family owned cemetery, has been dedicated to the Borough of Florham Park. Since there are still family plots available for burials, establishment of a fee for interments has been established in accordance with the laws of the state.

§ 263-2 Fees.

The fee for a permit for a burial in the Hancock Cemetery shall be paid to the Borough of Florham Park, and is hereby fixed as follows:

A. Fee per interment: $200.
