A.
There is hereby established a Joint Recreation Committee to implement the Interlocal Service Agreement between the Borough and Hardyston Township. The Joint Recreation Committee shall be composed of five members of the Franklin Borough Board of Recreation Commissioners plus one member of the governing body. Hardyston Township shall be entitled to an equal number of members on the Joint Committee.
B.
The Franklin members of the Joint Recreation Committee shall consist of five members of the existing Board of Recreation Commissioners as appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the Council. The Borough Council member who serves as the Chairperson of the Recreation Commission shall also serve as the Council's representative on the Joint Committee. The term of these members shall be the same as their terms on the Board of Recreation Commissioners as set forth in § 10-26.
