Each of the following matters, things, conditions or acts is hereby declared to be a nuisance and injurious to the health of the residents of the Borough:
A. 
Any matter, thing, condition or act which is or may become detrimental or a menace to the health of the inhabitants of the Borough.
B. 
Any matter, thing, condition or act which is or may become an annoyance or interferes with the comfort or general well-being of the inhabitants of the Borough.
No person shall intentionally or willfully engage in conduct which interferes with, obstructs or otherwise unlawfully disrupts the lawful activities of any commercial or retail establishment or place of business.
Any person who creates or maintains a nuisance or a commercial nuisance as set forth in this chapter shall be in violation of this Code and shall be subject to the penalties set forth in § 1-15.
