It is the intent of this chapter that all questions of interpretation and enforcement shall be first presented to the Zoning Officer and that such questions shall be presented to the Land Use Board only as required by §
60-10 of this chapter or on appeal from a decision of the Zoning Officer and that recourse from decisions of the Land Use Board shall be in accordance with the provisions of §
60-26 or to the courts as provided by law. In the case of a conflict between a provision of this chapter and any other Township, county, or state requirement, the most stringent regulation shall apply.
Immediately upon adoption of this chapter, the
Township Clerk shall file a copy of this chapter with the Salem County
Planning Board as required by N.J.S.A 40:55D-16.
