In the absence of applicable municipal ordinances, statutes or rules
and regulations, the provisions of this article shall prevail.
Every mobile home park shall be equipped with electric power.
Electrical systems and equipment installed in mobile home parks shall
be approved by the Underwriters' Laboratories, Inc., or other recognized
agency having jurisdiction.
All metal parts of a mobile home shall be adequately grounded.
