In the absence of applicable municipal ordinances, statutes or rules
and regulations, the handling and storage of gasoline, fuel oil or other flammable
liquids shall be in compliance with the pertinent standards of the National
Board of Fire Underwriters (Pamphlet No. 30).
The handling and storage of liquefied petroleum gases shall be in compliance
with the applicable rules and regulations of the New Jersey State Department
of Law and Public Safety, Division of State Police.
Fuel oil racks shall be on noncombustible material.
