The use of all sanitary sewers of the Borough
of Ridgefield shall be in compliance with the rules and regulations
of the Bergen County Utilities Authority, which rules and regulations
are hereby adopted by reference.
The Borough of Ridgefield hereby specifically
adopts and enacts the Tier II User Charge Program contained in the
rules and regulations of the Bergen County Utilities Authority and
authorizes its immediate implementation by the appropriate municipal
official to be designated by resolution of the Mayor and Council of
the Borough of Ridgefield.
A.
A copy of the rules and regulations of the Bergen
County Utilities Authority shall be on file in the office of the Clerk
of the Borough of Ridgefield and available for public inspection during
normal business hours.
B.
Copies of the rules and regulations of the Bergen
County Utilities Authority may be obtained from the Bergen County
Utilities Authority for the cost of publication.
