The Town Board may amend all fees and charges which may, in the future,
be added to this Code by adoption of a simple resolution of the Town Board
instead of enacting a local law each time there is a change in the fee schedule.
In such cases, a public notice shall be published in the official newspaper
of record 10 days prior to adoption.
