The following additional use requirements shall apply in the RM District:
A. 
Same as the R-40 District.
B. 
For multiple dwellings, no parking shall be provided within 10 feet of any building or in the required front yard setback. All parking areas shall be suitably screened and at least 50% of the parking spaces shall be within 300 feet of the main entrance of the dwelling they are designed to serve.

The following bulk regulations shall apply in the RM District:
A. 
One-family dwellings:
(1) 
Minimum lot area: 40,000 square feet.
(2) 
Minimum lot width: 175 feet.
(3) 
Required front yard depth: 40 feet.
(4) 
Required side yard width: 35 feet.
(5) 
Total width both required side yards: 80 feet.
(6) 
Required rear yard depth: 50 feet.
(7) 
Maximum building height: 2 1/2 stories, but not more than 35 feet.
(8) 
Maximum floor area ratio: 15%.
B. 
Multiple dwellings. [Note: No house wall or group of attached dwellings shall have a total length in one place in excess of 160 feet.]
(1) 
Minimum lot area: one acre, 3,000 square feet per dwelling unit.
(2) 
Minimum lot width: 100 feet per acre.
(3) 
Required front yard depth: 40 feet.
(4) 
Required side yard width: 30 feet.
(5) 
Total width both required side yards: 70 feet.
(6) 
Required rear yard depth: 50 feet.
(7) 
Maximum building height: three stories, but not more than 35 feet. The lower story must have direct access to the outdoors requiring no more than three steps.
(8) 
Maximum floor area ratio: 30%.
C. 
All other permitted uses:
(1)
