A.
There shall be a Plumbers Examining Board comprised
of five members, three of whom shall be ex officio members, as follows:
the Village Engineer, the Village Health Officer and the Plumbing
Inspector, who shall serve during the terms of office for which they
have been appointed.
B.
The two remaining members shall be qualified journeymen
plumbers and shall be residents of the Village unless such residency
requirement is waived by the appointing board.
