[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Scotia 8-13-1969 as Section 1-4.06 of Ch. 1, Art. IV, of the 1969 Code of Ordinances. Amendments noted where applicable.]
GENERAL REFERENCES
Plumbing — See Ch. 188.
A. 
There shall be a Plumbers Examining Board comprised of five members, three of whom shall be ex officio members, as follows: the Village Engineer, the Village Health Officer and the Plumbing Inspector, who shall serve during the terms of office for which they have been appointed.
B. 
The two remaining members shall be qualified journeymen plumbers and shall be residents of the Village unless such residency requirement is waived by the appointing board.
C. 
The two appointed members shall serve alternating terms of two official years, one being at each annual meeting.
