No land or building shall hereafter be used
or occupied unless in conformity with the regulations herein specified
for the district within which it is located.
No building shall hereafter be erected, moved
or altered structurally to:
A.
Exceed the height limitation.
B.
Accommodate or house a greater number of families
than allowed.
C.
Occupy a greater percentage of lot area.
D.
Have a lesser livable floor area.
E.
Have narrower or smaller front, side or rear yards
than specified herein for the district in which the building is located.
No part of a yard or other open space required
about any building for the purpose of complying with the provisions
of this chapter shall be included as a part of a yard or other open
space similarly required for another building.
All newly annexed areas shall be automatically
designated as SR-10 Single Residence District, until the Zoning Map
is officially amended otherwise.
